Container Review

Description provided by ThisBoardGameLife on YouTube:

In this video, Mark walks you through his review of Container, the 2026 release from Allplay. He takes you to the table to break down the player aid and explain how a turn unfolds, from paying loan interest and checking broker auctions to taking your two actions. Along the way he covers building factories, producing and pricing containers, sailing your ship, and running deliveries and auctions. Stick around to hear his full thoughts on this economic game. Container is a game about shaping the market through every decision you make. You'll build factories and warehouses, produce containers, set prices, negotiate with rivals, and sail across the sea to trade goods and auction them off — all while trying to buy low and sell high in a tight, closed economy. At the start of the game, secret container value cards are dealt to each player, so you'll need to read your opponents to figure out what they're really after. The rules are simple, but understanding and timing the market is the real challenge, and the player with the most money at the end wins. 00:00 Intro 00:38 Game Description 01:33 Quick Rundown 02:27 Player Actions 06:44 Components 08:04 Gameplay 09:29 Pros 12:35 Cons 16:43 Final Thoughts https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/453740/container
