Cloudspire Harbinger Expansion Review | Solo Content & Worth It?

Description provided by Tabletop Gaming Guild on YouTube:

In this video, I review the Harbinger Expansion for Cloudspire, the deep strategy tower-defense board game from Chip Theory Games. I break down the new content, gameplay impact, replayability, and overall value, and help you decide if this expansion is worth adding to your collection. The Harbinger Expansion focuses heavily on solo and scenario-based gameplay, adding new challenges that test your strategy and mastery of the system. It expands the game with additional chips, new scenarios, and more ways to customize your experience, giving veteran players fresh content to explore. While it doesn’t introduce a new faction, it enhances the core gameplay systems and provides more depth, especially for players who enjoy solo or puzzle-like gameplay. However, like the base game, this expansion leans into high complexity and strategic depth, making it best suited for players already familiar with Cloudspire. If you enjoy heavy strategy games, solo board gaming, or expanding your Cloudspire experience, this review will help you decide if Harbinger is right for you. 👍 Like the video, 🔔 subscribe for more board game reviews, expansions, and tabletop content, and comment if you’d like a playthrough or expansion comparison next!
