Curious to see a playthrough of Citadels Duel? Well, you've come to the right place, join us as we compete to see who is indeed the best city planner. Citadels Duel is designed by Guillaume Montiage and Manuel Rozoy, it's illustrated by Graey Erb, Aldrey de Godoy, and Damien Mammoliti, and published by Asmodee, who helped sponsor this video. In Citadels Duel, two players compete to build and control the most valuable city. Each round, you’ll draft characters like the Assassin, Thief, King, and Queen, choosing which to keep and which to pass to your opponent. You’ll then use their abilities to gain gold, build districts, take control of districts, and gain seats on the Council. As you build, the city will grow into a shared 4x4 grid, with different districts offering ways to earn gold and unique districts giving you special abilities. Once the city is completely filled, you’ll score points based on the districts you control, gold on those districts, and your seats on the Council. The player with the most points wins.
