Chronicles of Drunagor: Aftermath preview play and impressions

About Chronicles of Drunagor: Aftermath, from BoardGameGeek:

Drunagor has fallen. The Apocalypse consumed the land, leaving behind a scarred realm haunted by the corruption that nearly destroyed everything. But something stirs deep beneath the ruins. Hope. Defiance. A spark that refuses to die. Chronicles of Drunagor: Aftermath is a cooperative dungeon crawler for 1–5 players and a new standalone entry into the Drunagor universe. Built on the foundations of CoD: Age of Darkness and its Apocalypse expansion, the game features engaging tactical combat driven by its signature action-cube system, deep character progression, and a branching narrative campaign full of meaningful choices. Shaped by nearly a decade of development and direct community feedback, Aftermath represents the most refined evolution of a system praised for its depth, tension, and replayability. Aftermath unfolds through 12+ scenarios with branching paths that push the lore of Drunagor further than ever before. Explore forgotten cities, confront ancient forces awakened by the Apocalypse, and rebuild the strongholds of a broken world. Every scenario is designed with cleaner, updated mechanics and a sharper focus on storytelling, allowing you to decide whether Drunagor rebuilds, adapts, or crumbles under your influence. -description from the publisher
