About CastleScape: Gates and Guilds, from BoardGameGeek:
In CastleScape: Gates and Guilds, the world of guild competition and castle construction expands into new realms of challenge. Building upon the foundation established in the original CastleScape game, this expansion introduces an array of new features, including the introduction of the ability to build "Gates", as well as an assortment of new cards and guild powers.
The King is not happy with the simplicity of his castle. There must now be grandiose gates built in desirous locations to augment the grandeur of his might. Guild masters, driven by ambition and a thirst for renown, seek to prove their guild's worth by being the ones to build and control these Gates. To succeed, guilds must adapt their strategies, collect increasingly diverse cards and utilize their guild powers.
Will your guild rise to the king's call? Prepare to use everything at your disposal to become the victor in the expanding world of CastleScape.
