Castle Raisers Board Game Review | Tile Placement Meets Take-That

Description provided by Brains On Games on YouTube:

In Castle Raisers, you’re not just building walls—you’re stacking strategy, defending your castle, and chucking wolves at your rivals! In this video, I review this colorful and chaotic tile-stacking game from Wonderful World Board Games, where every piece you place matters and every wolf you send could make or break your lead. We’ll break down the gameplay, what makes Castle Raisers stand out, and whether it’s the right fit for your game night—solo, family, or full 4-player chaos! 🔍 What’s inside: • How to play Castle Raisers • Why stacking tiles is more fun than it should be • Final thoughts on gameplay and complexity 🐺 Will you repel the wolves or let your fortress fall? We’ll also look at the new board game documentary, The Hobby : Tales From The Tabletop, which is coming soon to VOD! Finally, I included some gameplay video from the DJI Osmo Pocket 3, with audio captured from the camera mic. I tested the black mist filter and next time I’ll try the wide angle lens. ⸻ 👁‍🗨 Chapters 00:00 Intro 01:01 Play Count & Complexity 02:54 Victory Conditions & Gameplay 18:30 DJI Footage of a Turn 19:17 Skills 21:47 Final Thoughts 28:04 The Hobby 31:35 Contact & Socials 🎲 Learn more at BrainsOnGames.ca Let me know in the comments: would you throw a wolf at your friends? ⸻ #CastleRaisers #Boardgames #BrainsOnGames #TilePlacement #TakeThatGames #FamilyBoardGames #BoardGameReview #WolfAttackGame #ThreeLittlePigsGame #TabletopGaming #djiosmopocket3 #thehobby
