About Caribe, from BoardGameGeek:
The Lesser Antilles, a breathtaking archipelago in the Caribbean, remain a source of fascination for the scientific world of the nineteenth century. As the esteemed leader of an expedition, you have been entrusted with a mission of the utmost importance: to explore, document, and understand the diverse landscapes, wildlife, and geological wonders of these islands.
Lead teams of scientists and explorers into volcanic craters, through lush rainforests, and along sun-drenched beaches in search of rare species and hidden natural phenomena. Organise maritime expeditions to observe flamingos in tranquil lagoons, sea turtles nesting on remote shores, and dolphins dancing through the waves. With every discovery, you will develop new theories, push the boundaries of human knowledge, and compete to become the most celebrated naturalist of the age.
Will your name be forever etched into the history of science, or will another claim that legacy?
