Watch “Brains On Games: Crokinole & Biñho,” a board game review for Biñho Classic on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by the creator on YouTube:
TWO flicking games in this episode: Crokinole, the oldest Canadian game I know, and Biñho, a modern flicking game with a soccer theme! The Biñho board is much bigger in real life than in the video thumbnail.
Dexterity games in general, and flicking games in particular, are our favourite go-to family games. We’ve had round-robin Crokinole tournaments when we had a bunch of people over. Biñho uses the uneven turf surface to its advantage, making it feel completely different from other games that play on a smooth, glossy surface. The elastic walls are a great addition too.
