Ace of Spades vs. Drawing Dead | Which Solo Poker Game Is Better?

Description provided by Sir Thecos on YouTube:

Two poker-based solo games, two very different experiences! 🃏 In this video, I'm comparing 'Ace of Spades' by Devir Games with 'Drawing Dead' by Ryan Seifert, published by Best With 1 Games. After playing 'Ace of Spades', I found it to be a perfectly serviceable and very streamlined poker game. It's easy to learn and play, but I also felt that there's relatively little room for manipulating your cards or influencing how your run develops. And that made me think of 'Drawing Dead', another supernatural poker game that takes a rather different approach. So in this comparison, I'll be looking at the gameplay, card manipulation, character abilities, luck versus strategy, replayability, and the overall solo experience. I'll also explain why I personally prefer one of these games, even though both have their own strengths. If you enjoy poker-based board games, I'd love to hear which approach you prefer: something quick and straightforward, or something with a few more mechanisms and decisions?
