About 5Pairs, from BoardGameGeek:
5Pairs is a quick, clever, and colorful card game that anyone can learn in a minute. Players race to collect matching cards, form sets, and outsmart each other in a fast-paced battle of wits and timing. With simple rules and snappy turns, it's designed to be the perfect "just one more round" game for families, casual players, and game-night warmups alike.
Each turn, you'll draw cards or try to build valuable pairs. Make a pair of the same color or number to score points - but the right timing can earn you double! Every decision matters, and every move can swing the momentum in your favor.
As players race toward their fifth pair, things heat up - bonuses appear, points can be stolen, and clever combos turn simple moves into big swings. The first to collect five pairs ends the round, but getting there takes equal parts luck, observation, and timing.
Bright, fast, and endlessly replayable, 5Pairs fits in your pocket but brings big-table energy. It's a filler game that rewards quick thinking, light strategy, and friendly competition - a simple game for simply everyone (except Steve).
