About Falcons: The US Air Force Academy Board Game, from BoardGameGeek:

Welcome to the United States Air Force Academy! From now on, you are a Cadet! You will be tested physically and mentally, competing against other players to graduate at the top of your class. Be prepared to march, study, train, and compete head-to-head against other cadets. Join Doolie Training Sessions, walk Tours, and prepare your Capstone Project so you can score the most points and graduate as the Academy's Top Grad. Falcons is a family-friendly board game where each player is a cadet at the United States Air Force Academy. Using a variable turn order, players march their cadets around the Academy's Terrazzo to train and compete in a variety of academic, physical, and military competitions. Competitions involve simultaneous card selection and a variety of tactical action cards. Cadet time is always limited, so acquired cards are in short supply. Cadets must also develop their character by earning hidden character tokens. At the end of the game, character tokens are revealed, and the player with the least character is expelled before final scoring. Falcons was designed by real academy graduates to be an authentic depiction of Air Force Cadet life. Prior Air Force knowledge is not required to play. Players may use the included companion glossary to learn more about the Air Force Academy's activities, slang, and traditions. -description from the publisher
