Watch “5 Low Rated Board Games That Are Actually Great,” a board game video for Tokyo Ghoul: The Card Game from Gaming Caravan on BoardGameVideo.
Description provided by Gaming Caravan on YouTube:
Some board games have low BGG ratings… but that does not always mean they are bad.
In this video, I’m sharing 5 low rated board games that I still strongly recommend. These are games with rough reputations, weird themes, video game IP baggage, confusing rulebooks, or just scores that feel way too low for how fun and creative they actually are.
We’re talking about Empire’s End, Alismatic Heroes, Sea of Thieves: Voyage of Legends, Superhot: The Card Game, and Tokyo Ghoul: The Card Game — all games that deserve more attention than their BoardGameGeek ratings suggest.
BGG ratings can be helpful, but sometimes the score does not tell the whole story.
What’s the lowest rated board game you actually love?
