Jon scored a 1983 Arcade Mania at the Thrift Shop - DOES IT WORK? 👆 MORE Thrift Finds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kndd5tYyNEk&list=PL13zHeyDr6xvKE5HBOAcEgdIs1cqUt6t4&ab_channel=GenXGrownUp Arcade Mania is a skill and strategy game that features a mini arcade machine that's simple to operate, a challenge to play, and totally portable, so you can play a real honest-to-goodness arcade game away from an arcade! To challenge THE MACHINE, you must react with lightning-fast fingers. Either to battle alien raiders, to track down a slithering serpent, to blast away at threatening missiles, or to run away from a very hungry monster. It takes skill to score points on THE MACHINE but it takes strategy to win the game. For Arcade Mania challenges you to collect chips during a match... and chips are accumulated either by winning on THE MACHINE yourself or by betting successfully on other players tackling THE MACHINE. You'll discover that WHO to bet on and HOW MUCH to bet takes clever planning and plotting. #boardgames #retrogaming #thrift #genxgrownup 🟢 S H O P (affiliate) http://genxgrownup.com/amazon 🟢 S U B S C R I B E http://GenXGrownUp.com/yt 🟢 P A T R E O N https://patreon.com/genxgrownup 🟢 M E M B E R S H I P Early access, custom emoji & more! https://bit.ly/395HEr9 🟢 G X G O N T W I T C H https://twitch.tv/genxgrownup 🟢 M E R C H http://GenXGrownUp.com/merch 🟢 P O D C A S T http://GenXGrownUp.com/pod 🟢 D I S C O R D http://GenXGrownUp.com/discord 🟢 S O C I A L http://fb.me/GenXGrownUp http://GenXGrownUp.com/twitter https://www.tiktok.com/@genxgrownup https://www.instagram.com/genxgrownup/ 🟢 W E B S I T E http://GenXGrownUp.com 🟢 S P O N S O R S King of Nerds » http://kingofnerds.tv Order of Cosmic Champions » http://www.orderofcosmicchampions.com 🟢 T H E M E "Grown Up" by Beefy » http://beefyness.com 🟢 C H A P T E R S 00:00 Electronic Board Games 01:32 Arcade Mania Overview 02:56 Box Contents 05:31 The Board 06:30 "The Machine" 07:20 Battery Box Repair 08:25 First Test 09:54 Operational Evaluation 10:30 Dismantle 12:53 Interior 13:53 Cleaning & Reseating 16:13 Back Together 17:00 Summary
