Players roll a die and move through the rooms of a fictional hospital collecting Reports. There are four different kinds: Symptom, X-Ray, Laboratory, and Spinal Tap. When a player has collected at least one of each report he may attempt to match these reports to a Diagnosis card. If they match, the player takes the Diagnosis along with the matching reports and places them in front of him. If they don't match, the diagnosis is replaced, face down, where it came from. Play continues until all of the Diagnosis cards have been 'filled'... the player with the most correct diagnoses is the winner. The only skill involved is in remembering what each diagnosis requires and where they are on the charts. The rest of the game is simple roll and move and hope that you land on the right combination of Reports.
