Pocket Pirates is a strategy game played on a four by four grid of cards. Players control three different types of ships and must outmaneuver their opponent to steal their treasure or must outgun their opponent and sink their best ships. The game starts with creating the play area - choose from copies of six different Terrain Cards, each with different effects on the game. Once the map is revealed, players place their ships and treasure in opposite corners and alternate taking turns moving one ship at a time. In order to bring back the Treasure and sink your opponent, you'll need a good strategy and good luck on the dice! -description from the designer
