From the salons of high society to the bustling docks, demand is booming, and the City stands at the heart of a vast trading empire. As the head of an import office, you must seize this opportunity. Secure the finest teas to fulfil lucrative contracts across the City, then reinvest your profits in the stock market and profit from the growth of the most successful companies. Manage your resources wisely, serve the Crown, and outmanoeuvre your rivals. In the capital of the world, only the sharpest merchant will build the greatest fortune and claim victory. In Green Gold, you compete to successfully run your tea trading office in Victorian London. Throughout the game, you will select workers to perform different actions, such as importing tea, expanding companies, opening trading posts, negotiating in the City, fulfilling contracts, investing in the stock market, or serving tea to the Crown. These actions will allow you to gain resources, improve your office, and access new business opportunities. The game ends when the Dividend Token reaches the last space of its track or when the available Shares of 3 companies have run out.
