Rooftop Roses

Way up on the roof of the 75-story skyscraper you live in is the communal rose garden for the building. Roll 3 dice, use 2 of them to plant some roses, then use the last die to water a row or column to make it worth more points. Plant the most roses in a line to score those points, and the most points wins. Roll doubles to plant 2 roses in a square, but beware: whenever you roll 2 or 3 of a kind, all other players get a special power... -description from the designer
