Your thirst for blood has brought you to this quiet, peaceful town. You wait patiently for nightfall to devour the loney souls. But you're not alone... Blood Hunt is a spin-off of Dracula vs Van Helsing for 2-4 players. The game is played over several rounds until someone collects the required Citizen tokens to win, or until the end of the 3rd round. On your turn, follow these steps: 1. Draw the top card of the deck and look at it secretly. 2. Choose one of the following: a. Replace 1 card in your cardholder with the drawn card, and discard the replaced card. b. Discard the drawn card directly. 3. Apply the effect of the discarded card immediately (see 'Card Effects' on page 11). 4. Place the discarded card face-up in front of any open District. When 4 cards are placed in front of a District, resolve and close that District . Then, if only 1 open District is left, the round ends immediately. Otherwise, the next player takes their turn. When a 4th card is placed in front of a District, resolve it: Each player reveals the card in their cardholder corresponding to that District to compare strength. The player with the strongest card chooses 1 Citizen token from that District and places it in front of them. The player with the second strongest card takes 1 token, and so on until the tokens are depleted. If at any time a player collects a specific set of Citizen tokens, the game ends immediately, and that player wins. If no one achieves an instant win by the end of 3rd round, calculate scores based on the printed value on the collected tokens. -description from the publisher
