Dungeon Legacy is a print-and-play roll-and-write dungeon crawler for 1 to 3 players, played across a campaign of three distinct floors. In Dungeon Legacy, you are a lone adventurer armed with nothing but three dice and your wits. You must navigate treacherous corridors, fight monsters, collect treasure, and head to the exit before the dungeon claims you. Each floor is played on a single printed sheet. Roll your dice, choose your path, and mark your trail with a pencil. Every cell you visit is permanently marked. You can never retrace your steps. Dungeon Legacy is a legacy-style experience played across three unique floors, each with its own theme, layout, and hazards. Floor 1, The Dungeon, introduces basic mechanics in a classic stone setting. Floor 2, The Forgotten Forest, adds water obstacles, teleporters, wishing wells, and healing apples. Floor 3, The Dragon's Lair, is a volcanic underworld featuring lava flows, a dragon boss, and a pile of gold. Each turn, players roll 3d6 and choose how to use the dice. Move in a straight line with one die, or combine two dice for an L-shaped path. Collect coins, keys, swords, torches, and potion ingredients automatically as you cross their cells. End your move adjacent to a chest, merchant, wishing well, or monster to interact with them. Combat is resolved with a single die roll against the enemy's HP. Miss, and you lose 1 HP. Combat continues until the enemy is dead, or you are. To escape each floor, you must hold at least one key and reach the exit door. Everything you carry with you (HP, coins, swords, torches, potions, and kills) carries forward to the next floor. Each floor grows more dangerous, but so do you. Die on any floor, and the campaign ends. Start fresh from Floor 1. Scoring rewards both survival and treasure. Multiply your remaining HP by 3 and your coins by 2 at the end of each floor, then add your cumulative kill bonus and +10 for slaying the Dragon. Will you emerge from the dungeon as a legend, or become just another skeleton in its depths?
