Object of the Game: Collect property cards, and try to complete sets. Use action cards to collect rent, steal properties, and more. Be sure to stash money in your personal Bank for when players go after you! The first player to have three different complete property sets wins! What's different about Monopoly Deal No Mercy? You can do into debt. When you owe another player money and can't pay, give them a debt chip. On your next turn, must pay them back by giving them a card. That counts as one of the three cards you may play on your turn! Nothing is safe. From complete property sets to the cards in your hand, everything can be stolen in the blink of an eye. Action Cards are more ruthless! They got a mean makeover-charge double rent and even force someone to give away all the cards in their Bank!
