Panda Flip

From BoardGameGeek:

Be the master of your own luck! Draw cards from the pile and predict: will the next card be a panda or a clover? Will the value be higher or lower than the last one? Easy... but do you know when to stop and to score points? Predict the top card before revealing it and placing it on any discard pile. Got it right? Keep playing or score points. Got it wrong? Next! The player who collects the most cards wins! -description from the publisher
