From BoardGameGeek

Players take on the role of printers preparing for a perfect print job. To reach the “Ready” state, they must balance and collect the four essential inks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). However, too much of any one ink will cause the printer to jam and crash! Through precise calibration and control, players strive to achieve the ideal combination that produces a flawless print. CMYK Ready is a trick-taking card game where players compete over multiple rounds to collect ink tokens representing the four CMYK colors. Each trick involves comparing the printed “value” of cards, with players able to “calibrate” by flipping cards to alter their values for future plays. The goal is to earn ink tokens without causing a crash by over-collecting. The player who successfully completes their printer's ink set first or has the most ink at the end wins. Unique mechanisms like ink calibration, value inversion, and color-based scoring create a clever puzzle of timing and precision.
