From BoardGameGeek
Cauldron Call is a cooperative strategy board game for 2–4 players. It features an interactive, self-moving cauldron, a transformable 3D gameboard, and a culinary challenge in a magic kitchen that plays against you. Cauldron Call raised over $150,000 AUD on Kickstarter, backed by 1,250+ supporters from 54 countries. In the kingdom of Caldoria, a vengeful wizard has unleashed the Hunger Curse: an army of undead that no blade can stop. But food imbued with magic can break any curse - and the ancient Cauldron has called four unlikely saviors across worlds to cook it. Each round, every player spend 4 Action Points to move across a modular kitchen, take raw ingredients, chop them at stations, toss them to teammates along rows, columns, or diagonals, and cook Bread and Meat inside the physical Cauldron itself - pressing its Cooking Switch and watching its lights to track doneness. Complete as many Shadow Feast Orders as possible at the Delivery Station to score points before 15 rounds run out. The Cauldron runs on two modes: in Tactical State it wanders and avoids furniture and players; in Chaos State it actively interferes - colliding with furniture and rearranging your kitchen in real time. No two games play out the same way, because the Cauldron is genuinely unpredictable. The game has three modes. Classic Mode lasts 15 rounds, delivering the classic experience with rich strategic depth. Perfect for game nights with friends and strategy lovers. Family Mode lasts 10 rounds-shorter, simpler, and full of fun. Ideal for families playing with kids. Versus Mode lasts 10 rounds, bringing competitive mechanics and hidden voting for high intensity. Great for 4 to 8 players! -description from the publisher
