In the grasslands of Africa, bigger meerkats command more attention-but sometimes size is just a bluff. In this cheeky battle of wits, players take on the roles of clever meerkats trying to rise to the top of the pack. But not every claim to size is real. Can you play your cards right or call out your opponents' lies and come out on top? Shake It Meerkat is a climbing and bluffing game where players aim to shed their hands by playing increasingly stronger sets. Each card has a numeric value and an illustration of a meerkat. The bigger the number, the larger the meerkat image. Players can lie about what they played, but others can challenge their declaration. If the bluff is called correctly, the liar is punished; if not, the challenger suffers instead. Victory goes to the player who empties their hand first, while others lose points based on remaining cards.
