Bio Blitz is a fast-paced resource management game that's easy to learn and compact enough to take on the go! In Bio Blitz, players assemble a team of real-world wildlife, strategically combining their unique traits to gain a tactical edge against their opponents. Gather your team and compete to see who reigns supreme in the wild world of the animal kingdom! Bio Blitz is a game where the goal is to win by either reaching 30 points or being the first to assemble a full team. To succeed, players must strategically manage their resources and carefully choose which cards to add to their team. On each turn, players must take one of three main actions: forage for resources, discover animal and ecosystem cards, or compete to gain points.
In addition to main actions, players may take two optional actions-trading and exploring - any number of times at the start of their turn.

As you build your team, you'll combine your animals' special abilities, giving you a tactical advantage. If you're ready to rack up some extra points and take a gamble, challenge one of your opponent's animals to a head-to-head competition! Pick one of your animals and call out an opponent's creature for a showdown. Both players roll a die and add their animal's bonuses-the highest total wins! If your total power matches or exceeds the opponent's animal's defense, you defeat them, sending them to the discard pile and scoring points equal to their value. -description from the designer
