In this expansion for Panda Spin, the panda who was sitting in the middle of the bamboo puts on his tunic and becomes the Jade Emperor, decorating the 12 animals of the zodiac with heavenly powers. Now, players may recover a card from a trick, continue a sequence of cards played by another player, or even take a card from an opponent's hand. Are you ready to push the limits of Panda Spin? To play with this expansion, at the beginning of each round, before the starting player leads, reveal one of the Animal Mandate cards and place it face up near the playing area. The Mandate displayed on this card may be used by any player for the duration of the round (until all but one player show out).
