Auctions of Alchemists is a new unique mystical auction game set in a fantasy world by Tanax Games. Players race to create six elixirs by compounding four colored ingredients obtained through strategic bidding. Each round one player will get the choice : to auction or to perform an alchemy action. During the auction they the ingredient type (color) is revealed, but 1 card that shows the amount of liquid is placed face down so only the active player knows. Players take turns bidding and the player who bid the highest wins both ingredients. But watch out! The unknown amount of liquid could push your test tubes limit over the top, or cause all the liquid to be lost. If they choose to perform an alchemy action they can either transmute for gold, convert ingredients to another, or combine and create their elixirs. Every time someone does an alchemy action day changes to night, and night to day and the value of ingredients will change. You'll need to time your alchemy actions wisely, and outwit your opponents in the auctions to gain the ingredients you require. The first to create six elixirs wins!
