From BoardGameGeek

Discover Slayers and Dragons, a trick-taking card game with a twist! Designed for 2-6 players ages 7 and up, this game combines strategy, partnership, and unpredictability. Featuring vibrant custom cards and unique gameplay mechanics, it's perfect for family game nights or gatherings with friends. What Makes It Unique? Unlike traditional trick-taking games, partnerships in Slayers and Dragons rotate with every deal. The dealer gets to choose their partner, creating ever-changing dynamics and strategies as alliances shift with each round. While teamwork is key during the hand, only one player can claim ultimate victory by having the lowest score at the game's end. The Goal? Keep Your Score Low! Avoid penalty cards, capture powerful Dragons to deduct points, and aim to collect all four Slayers for a massive scoring bonus. The game ends when someone reaches 200 points or falls below -100 points-be the player with the lowest score to win! Why You'll Love It: Designed with vibrant artwork and an easy-to-understand rule set, Slayers and Dragons brings the whole family together for thrilling gameplay. Its compact size makes it perfect for travel, parties, or casual gatherings. Scoring Highlights: Each penalty-colored card adds 1 point. Dragons subtract 3 points. Slayers are 10 points each (15 for the penalty colored Slayer) Collecting all 4 Slayers rewards a -50 point bonus. End the game when a player reaches 200 or -100 points. Lowest score wins! -description from the publisher
