"The tongue ever turns to the aching tooth" Players each receive 6 white teeth tokens, and 2 gold teeth tokens (worth 8 teeth each). Players are dealt six cards each. Cards are numbered 1-34, and each card has a certain number of teeth on it. On your turn you draw and then discard. If you draw from the deck, you only draw one card and it can go immediately into your hand. If you draw from the discard pile you may draw as many cards as you like (starting from the top card, and then set them aside until after you take the discard action). When you discard, you may discard one card, or as many as you like if they are all consecutive. When someone has less than five teeth they may declare "It's time for tooth extraction". The number of teeth is your tooth count. If the player who declared tooth extraction has the lowest (including tied for lowest), then they will not lose any teeth. Everyone loses teeth equal to their tooth count. If the player who declared tooth extraction did not have (or was not tied for) the least, they lose an additional 5 teeth. You can pay with any of your teeth, but there is no change (for overpaying with gold teeth). Continue rounds until there is only one player with teeth remaining.
