Halflings: Best Chef is a competitive dice placement game where players strive to be elected the Best Innkeeper of the 7 Shires. Decorate your inn, collect fine beverages, and cook with top-quality ingredients to earn the highest standing. Players start by rolling dice, and placing them on action spaces to gather ingredients, collect spices, sell goods, buy decorations, and cook dishes. Each action helps you build your inn's reputation. The game ends when a player completes a menu with a starter, main course, and dessert. Points are tallied based on dishes cooked, unused ingredients, decorations, and other resources. The player with the highest standing points wins. Strategically manage resources, place dice, and use modifiers to outwit opponents and become the most renowned innkeeper in the 7 Shires!
