From BoardGameGeek

Indio is a Euro-style board game for 2-4 players age 14 and up. It takes 60-90 minutes to play, during which you'll be using workers to collect resources, modify the production of the land, and build structures. Your goal is to have the most influence (victory points) and be crowned the ruler of Indio! The game is divided into 7 rounds (called years) where each year includes five phases: Quests, Production, Crafting, Harvest, and Actions. Quests give you goals to accomplish in order to earn influence. Production adds resources to the game board. Crafting allows you to add resources and workers to your buildings. Harvest is a time to feed your workers and prepare them for the year. Finally, the Action phase is the core of the game where you'll use your workers to move, collect resources, improve the land, build structures, and even attack other workers. -description from designer
