Santiago Campaign 1898 is a two-player simulation of the campaign for Santiago de Cuba, which historically ended in the surrender of all Spanish forces on the island. Units are battalions and regiments. Each hex is 1.6 km across. Turns represent one day each. To win, the US player must conquer most objectives and force the sortie of the Spanish fleet before the Yellow Fever season sets in. Paper Wars Magazine #102, January 2023
