Achi is a traditional game from Ghana. It is played on a 3x3 board. There are two versions to this game. In one version, each player has four pieces to drop. In another version, each player has only three pieces to drop, which makes it identical to Tapatan. The objective is to place all 3 of your tokens in a row. Players take turns placing the tokens on the board. If neither player has achieved 3 in a row after all tokens are on the board, they take turns moving a token along one of the lines until a winner is determined.
