From BoardGameGeek

HitPoint is a multi-purpose card game for players to create characters, build decks, and battle in a standalone trading card format or adventure in a tabletop RPG campaign. Your deck represents your health, which is also your main resource to play cards. The more powerful the card, the more it will exhaust your character. You win when all opponents' HP is reduced to 0 or they run out of playable cards, and you have cards remaining in your deck or your hand. This keeps the game fast and simple, while giving a satisfying visual effect to your character's exhaustion. HitPoint features meaningful strategy in combination with random dice rolling. This allows each player to make choices that affect how the game progresses but the dice rolls can influence the potency of cards played. Even the rarest cards can underperform and the common cards can overperform. -description from the designer
